Some weird french name, inspired from latin, that no one knows how to pronounce or spell. This girl name is a derivative of "Clélia" which comes from the latin "clavis" and means "key, closure".

Loélia is a very rare name (which probably explain why nobody can spell it using the good accent on the "e" or why it's so hard to say "Loélia" when you can say "Léolia", "Léia" or "Loia").
