A word used sarcastically to show extreme disagreement with a statement, often including a strong emphasis on the K and/or with multiple H's.

Example 1:
Olivia: Hey, I know you wanted to get KFC, but I think we should get Maccas instead.
Ben: Kyeah.

Example 2:

Myles: Hey man, im only on 61% battery, can I use your charger?
