It's an alternate universe where personifications of countries (specifically from hetalia) trip on LSD, and high amounts of crack, ultimately bringing the world to utter mayhem, destruction, and sometimes peace by the means of dying and reviving repeatedly for the good of the citizens (or really just to mess with people), whoring around, misusing magic, crying about pasta and the revolutionary war, all while joining hands and singing songs about jane and saving rock and roll.
