1. Originally American Branch of the Irish Republican Brotherhood, the term came to be associated with the entire movement. 3.Also used by ignorant Northern Ireland protestants/ Unionists (judging by other posts here with no idea of its origin) as derogatory term for Irish Catholics/ Nationalists.

When 2 or more fentanyl addicts are in their natural habitat (usually a shack) and using said fentanyl and their language suddenly becomes incoherent to the human ear BUT they all know what each other is saying without question and yet no one else but a fentanyl addict will understand

Any drug that’s been “laced” with fentanyl without the consumers knowledge. Anything “fentanyl” related is most likely dangerous.
