Disturbia

Coined from the 2007 thriller "Disturbia", the actual term "disturbia" is used to describe the dark side of a good, suburban neighborhood. Every killer lives next door to someone.

Disturbling

Definition: An extremely disturbed and troubling situation that causes the sayer to combine both words into one. Actions made by an individual that are both disturbing and troubling at the same time. A very scary situation.

A combination of the words disturbing and troubling first used by Rep. Elijah Cummings on February 27, 2019 during a hearing of Michael Cohen against President Donald Trump.
It is a disturbling situation we have with our POTUS.
