Usually someone who, instead of solving a problem they had with someone, "chickens" out of it. Also tends to hold a grudge against their supposed someone who made them mad, usually for very long times.

They will ignore the person who made them mad, and will not talk to them, or if it's on the internet, usually blocks them.

They also will occasionally bring up back what the "person that made them mad" did to make them mad, even after months.

person 1: "dood stfu!! you called me an idiot 1 year earlier.,, ,, yk, i did not forget that yk."

person 2: "fuck you bro ur a chikede you know that?"
