Independently, Yahweh is Hebrew for God — Shalom can be used interchangeably as a greeting or a farewell. Together 'Yahweh-Shalom' means 'The Lord is peace', as it says in Judges 6:24 (New Living Translation).
In the midst of turmoil, devastation or struggle of any kind, we need to always keep close to our hearts that Yahweh-Shalom — The Lord is Peace.

The star was a symbol of knowledge, wisdom, and understanding; or the light—meaning good, as in resembling day, and darkness—meaning bad, as in resembling the night.
