When someone is yerting your gerk, it means they're yanking your dank, or beating your meat.

Example 1:

Jakobe -"Yo! Me and Roxanne went out last night and she yerted my gerk so good!!!"
Darek - "Damn man, get me a girl like Roxanne!"

Example 2:

Roxanne - "While yerting a gerk, remember to have fun!"
