2.) To link one of Doug Winger's drawing in a forum argument to indicate your epeen is larger than your opponent's. This is usually done after an especially good point is made to signal victory.

(Doug Winger is a furry artist who typically draws hermaphrodites with excessively large genitalia.)

A wingette is similar to a wingman, but a chick version. Someone who is a wingette is always a great friend, who strives to set up her friends and make them look good. A wingette has a fantastic personality and is a rare, precious type of human being that should be treasured by everyone she knows. Like a best friend, but better. She helps point out stupid things you're doing and drives you home if you happen to have too many tequila shots or something of that nature.
