"wohen" is a German nonsense word usually following relativ pronouns. The word has become famous because of German star photographer Benni D. who often uses it.

"Alle kommen, die wohen 16 sind! ..."
Which means that everybody has to come who (here'd be the "wohen") is over 16 years of age!
