This is an abbreviation for "Talk To You Forever". It was popularized by Paris Hilton on her MTV reality show "BFF", and it is a derivative of the more commonly used TTYL which means "talk to you later".

"time to fuck now"
This is a variation of "ta ta for now" and is mainly used as an inside joke after both parties have discussed the possibility that "ttfn" could easily stand for "time to fuck now".
