They have a tendency to deny their sexual orientation, akin to a closeted homosexual.

Person 1 : "Dude, that French guy is weird. He keeps on touching my thigh while insisting he's straight. What's up with him?"
Person 2 : "Oh, don't worry about him, he's a sapinos, you know? Cut him some slack, will you?"
