The word Louis stems from the Mexican God of luck and his ability to twist fate to escape situations, and RNG which stands for random number generation. So when someone has extremely good luck, or are unnaturally lucky, you can say they have Louis RNG. This word was first seen from the gaming community, but has become a way of life for some people.
