Playstation 4

An upcoming gaming console to be released this "Holiday Season" and will cost ONLY 399$ but will require a Playstation Plus membership to play online (50$ a year). Will be able to share games still, because the Xbox one won't. Basically the gaming console that will run Microsoft out of business because of their failed attempt to create a next gen console (Xbox one) at cost a whopping 500$ and is the size of the VCR you have in your attic or close, and won't be able to share games.

Sony: WE WILL LAUNCH PS4! And only for 399$!
Xbox one buyer: does it come with lube and ointment?
Sony: what for?
Xbox one buyer: so I can relieve the pain from Microsoft fucking me in the ass..
Sony: Playstation 4 will have that too!

Playstation 2 (PS2)

A gaming console manufactured by Sony. It has the most marketshare and in general has the most games avalable that will appeal to the widest audience.

The alternatives to the PS2 offer more specialized games. For example, the wordGamecube/word has excillent first party support and has some of the most outstanding average of games and graphics on the market, and a ton of shitty ports of other games. The wordXbox/word on the other hand is for people who prefer graphics over any actual gameplay.

I just got Amplitude for PS2! Damn that game rocks!

The Best selling system of all time, with over 100 million units sold. Whenever you see a Xbox or nintendo fanboy bashing it, remind them it has sold FIVE TIMES MORE THAN THE XBOX OR GAMECUBE (they each have only sold about 20 million each, how sad for such "superior systems" as the fanboys keep calling them.

Numbers do not lie... Get a Playstation2.
