Someone who thinks they are so cool, and so tough. They talk a lot of big game for someone with such a small truck. Weirdly enough, pissbabies tend to have that cute arms that look like cigarettes that could smoked or roasted. Though if their arms are roasted or smoked, they would love you for it and text you "I love you." The only proper response is to ghost them.
