Generally used when someone/something is acting in a negative and scornful way.

Used to refer primarily to the negative actions and/or mannerisms that characterize (often in an unfair stereotypical way) the people of African-American descent.

Can describe both black and non-black individuals or groups.

HK: He didn't pay for his share of the food.
