She was a good person that went through pain and suffering her whole life up until the very moment she died. Natasha sacrificed herself on Vormir (it should've been Clint) to save billions of people in the universe. She managed to become a member of the Avengers even with no powers. Needless to say, she deserved better. Also has the best personality among all the other Avengers.
