A technique called mokankosapo but in Team Four Stars "dbz abridged" series, perfect cell uses the technique but instead of mokankosappo it is a fusion between the special beam cannon (also a nemekian technique) and the mokankosappo. (No current definition) It is supposed to be funny and overall confuses the Z fighters.

Cell: Pop quiz goku, which attack is this?
Goku: Ooh! That's the, the the beam thing! Ah jeez, this is killing me! I mean it killed me.
Goku: Piccolo, what's this thing called?

mokan garbage man

mokan ( missouri/kansas) garbage man - verbal phrase- when you place your anal orphus against any other human orphus ( particularly the vagina) and fill it with air, or what ever happens to fly out. so that the air will be released at will for the other cotributing party to enjoy.
