A term used to describe someone or something that is unbelievably chopped, down bad, or just generally fumbling life. Originates from the phrase “chopped like Judd,” referring to a guy who is so chopped he became the standard unit of chopped-ness.

Judd Apatow

A man who seems to turn everything he touches into comedic gold. His movies seem to follow the same formula; nerdy guy likes cool girl but can't get with her for whatever reason, and usually ends up getting with her by the end with the help of his likable friends. He usually casts Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Jason Segel, Bill Hader, and Jonah Hill. 90% of the scripts are improve with a bunch of pop culture references and sex jokes. He also writes stupid (yet still funny) comedies such as Walk Hard.

40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, and Superbad are all typical Judd Apatow movies.
