at joppatowne high, 50% of the students are black, 30% are white kids or asians trying to be black, 15% are freaks/"gothic", and 5% are either sluts, or ignored. if you don't listen to rap, you "aren't cool". if you don't play a sport, you "aren't cool". there is a fight near the cafeteria at least once a week. you can't go a day without hearing someone is talking about you. the creepy kids stay after school and play hackey sack until 4 or 5. you might as well smoke weed, because if you don't, once again you "aren't cool". all you hear all day every day is who is doing who and "i smoked this fat blunt last night".

Basically Pikeys and Jippo's are the lowest scum walking the earth. All they do is stand around star lane and orpington market. All they do is start on people.They come in all sorts and sizes.Most of em wear fake stolen burberry caps and anything that is associated to burberry and stolen jewllery.I mean they would even steal an old grannies last 10 pence.They park there shitty stolen caravans anywhere they like till the council finds them.And even then they wanna fight them.They are dumb as assholes.They move bout in packs, usually with their in-bred pikey or jippo cousins and second and third and woteva the last digit in the world cousins.They would even shag their own mothers and in some known cases their own dads.

Adjective used to completely write off an item or person. An all encompassing word for an item or a person that falls in the gray area in between ok and suck. The word to describe a feeling of disappointment that does not carry an emotional investment or endowment, because you never really expected anything other than "jippiness" from the "jippy" item or person in the first place. Quite possibly the most perfect adjective ever created. A possible derivitive of gyp or "getting gypped" a derogative term aimed at the gypsy culture.

"The Atari version of Pac-Man was pretty jippy" or "Sounds like my jippy boss just took credit for my idea...again." or "Sorry, just crashed again, my computer is pretty jippy" or the most widely used: "That girl is pretty jippy."
