The type of person who cannot do a single thing without having their religious dogma dictate their decisions for them and then proceeds to thank the Lord for anything and everything. A jeebee jaycee literally thinks they have a direct phone line to God and must announce that they talked to the Lord (i.e.: "prayed") in order to reach a major life decision.

Although they might be shy and quiet when you first meet them, the closer you get to them, the more they trust you and will let their cute, funny side show. They can be insecure and low in self-confidence/esteem, but they try to not let that show. They usually have 1-2 best friends, but many close friends. Jaycee’s are rare, so if you’re lucky enough to come across one in your life, cherish and appreciate them!
