It's a term for calling someone a loser, or an idiot. It's a meaning that represents calling someone non-smart, uneducated, or just idiotic.

An example could be, "Laura is a Hordophobic."
Another example is, "Hordophobic is not funny."

Popped like a HopDog

When you open a bottle of beer and it gushes out due to an excessive release of carbon dioxide (CO₂) resulting in an overflow of foam and liquid.

I tried a bottle of beer the other day but could only drink 30% of it as the rest of it popped like a HopDog.
