Get the How qould you?mug. Can be a nice thing to say if you say it to a friend or a loved one, but inappropriate if you say in response to a police officer that asks you how high are you?
Police officer: How high are you?
Some random idiot: No officer, you're wrong! It's Hi, how are you?

Get the how did you find thismug. Somewhat archaic greeting. Was popular in England in polite society before the 50s.
The phrase is somthing of a non-sequiter - if read as written there's only half a verb, because one usualy does somthing rather than just does. The question could be construed as 'doing' your girlfriend or wife, but the intent is not to open a discussion on sexual acts, but rather to greet.
