Frizz

Short for “friendship rizz.” Can be used as verb or noun.

When you flirt, compliment, or drop game — but not because you’re tryna cuff. Frizz can be wholesome, playful, or lowkey chaotic, but (usually) stays platonic.

Told my homegurl: ‘If I was your man, you’d never carry your own groceries. But since I’m just your frizz, I’ll carry your emotional baggage instead.’

Sometimes I frizz my homies just to humble their situationship. Like yes, (s)he’s still wanted b**ch.

A phrase meaning that somebody is cool, hip, or in with the news and recent gossip. People that are up the frizz are seen as higher than others. People up the frizz also deeply despise people down the frizz.
