When you are locked inside a pizzeria (specifically with animatronics), and one of the animatronics comes up to you and forces you to eat a special pizza laced with laxatives. You then are forced to go to the bathroom where the animatronic comes in and gives you a Blumpkin.

Freddy Fazbear is the titular antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, who later appears as multiple variations in the succeeding games. Freddy is an animatronic bear and children's entertainer housed at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, alongside Bonnie and Chica. Freddy Fazbear was once a child that became William Afton's second victim. He was an animatronic bear featuring springlock mechanisms and the mascot of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. He was tragically killed by William Afton before being revived in what's implied to be a fate worse than death.Seemingly a nice and innocent animatronic entertainer for children, he is actually possessed by the soul of a child named Gabriel and actively tries to kill the security guards of at least two Freddy Fazbear's Pizza locations, which he mistakes for his murderer.
