A Finsta is an instagram account that, usually white girls, create to share stories and posts with often funny, bizarre and extravagant content, where their real person shines through in all its facets, and not just the "socially accepted" part. All things that they are afraid to post on their real profile because they have a strong fear of the judgment of others and they don't have a strong enough personality to give a damn and post that type of content on their main profile, so they need another one, followed by some people and private, where they can feel safe and "authorized" to post quirky things, thinking that they aren't judged by those few people, even though it isn't true.
