The workers are given autonomy over their assigned projects, and allowed the freedom of deciding when and how meet their assigned goals.
I want to work for a results oriented work environment. They offer an incentive for being efficient and the autonomy to complete your work how you want.

Get the Environmentmug. A slang term used to mock a place, group, or program that’s poorly managed, unprepared, or just overall lacking. Saying “environment” alone — with no context — sarcastically points out dysfunction, failure, or chaos. Used when something is so bad it speaks for itself.
