Ballfish

The extreme fishy smell a man's balls and penis produces when not cleaned properly overly an extended period of time. Though many complain of a "woman's smell" ballfish is truly the worst. Some groups of men will yell out BALLFISH loudly when they smell it .

Once I removed my boxers, it was evident- I had ballfish in the worst way and had to shower.
