The only thing decent about bidiots is that they campaign against the Bickington Traffic Light Scandal.

An idiot on a bicycle. Person that thinks that the road traffic act does not apply to him/her because they are on a bicycle.

That guy's cycling without lights AND texting at the same time. What a bidiot!
