when someone critiques something (TV shows, games, ect.) while not giving a claim to back it up, or in other cases they just complain about it without seeing the others' perspective, as well as make fun of it

in short explanation, they shit on people for liking something that they don't like.

biased person: high guardian spice is bad and is only bad there are no good stuff of it, its animation was bad, its voice acting and quality was bad, their characters were bad, it all was bad, and its writing cast was all women
