That's So Gaga

A term used to describe someone who is "out there" with style, personality and craziness. Can also be used to describe an inanimate object that looks odd or crazy. Also used when someone just reminds you of the infamous Lady Gaga.

"oh, look at that girl over there, she is so gaga"
"that outfit is soooo gaga"
"omg that person's hair is crazy, that's so gaga"
