1) a rompasaur is an individual who is constantly puting forth utterly foolish, stubborn, thoughtless, behavior and seems to have a skull too thick to recognize, let alone change this behavior. (also can be called a rompasaurous)

ex. 1. "god jeff is such a damn rompasaur, did you see him trying to back his car out? he stalled 7 times because the E-brake was on but denied it all."

ex. 2. "look at that rompasaur, he's just hucking himself off that jump and acting like he's hot shit"

-when a baby is introduced to a group of adults all the dialog undergoes a Romperoomization when speaking to the baby.
-in a locker room when some one is teasing and calling a team mate a baby and talking like he was one.
-- in a bar when some one last to leave early and they are teased about fatigue and spoken to like they were a baby.
