Gunner

A gunner is a man who is in jail or prison who starts to masturbate and/or ejaculate while non-inmates, guards or visitors walk by his cell. A gunner can also be seen in the background when you are talking to someone who is in jail via video visitation. The gunner will be seen masturbating and/or ejaculating on the tv screen.

When i walked through F-Pod at the jail, i was almost shot in the face by a gunner!
