This is a single, swift motion and is usually at a 45º or greater angle to traffic. The use of a blinker or the act of stopping in a lane before switching to another lane automatically disqualifies the act from falling under the Georgia Shuffle. This can be the result of chatting on the phone, applying mascara or just being a really bad driver.
