Baihe

Baihe is a genre of Chinese romance novels that specifies Lesbian romance. It is similar to the Chinese equivalent of yuri, WLW, or GL. It is often homoerotic lesbian love stories, but can range from being completely SFW, or highly SFW.
It is directly translated as "lilies" (百合.)
The BL equivalent of baihe is danmei, and danmei is much more popular and well know.

They didn't like many of the western lesbian or queer books, so they starting reading baihe novels!
