A way of saying corned beef and grits in bahamian dialect. A common breakfast dish sold all over The Bahamas. It is not uncommon for a cart with Fire Engine at 7-8am to be in a parking lot serving to people of all walks of life starting their day.

Mark:"can we get some Fire Engine and a patty before school?"
