S.H.I.T. Syndrome

Severe hardening of inner toe. this is a condition affecting people who have unusually large callusses on their big toe, usually on the inside edge. S.H.I.T. sydrome is characterised by extremely hard skin which is usually impervious to the normally painful effects of peircing via stray staples or pins.
