These are usually diesel SUVs painted and decorated to look like a train. They usually have 3 or 4 cars. Named Wally wagon as the passengers tend to look like wallys especially to the local population.
Look at those wallys on the wally wagon, they paid all that money to travel 100 metres to the beach.
