UTTP stands for "UTubeTrollPolice". It's a group founded by a person named southparkstudiosable (a.k.a Tommy Parky). The group is active on YouTube, Discord, Roblox, DeviantArt and used to be active on Google+.They used to be an anti-troll group, however it is now a troll group due to children being in this group nowadays. They hate fandoms like The Amazing Digital Circus, Murder Drones and more. What this group does is basically spam comments on YouTube, inspect element other peoples tweets to make them look like a horrible person, harass people. They do all of these for attention so please report, block, don't reply and go on.
