Pronounced "kaw-kum". Post-structural word or exclamation to enhance your sentence. Kakem cannot be defined other than it being a word with no meaning, or all meanings. Origin: A typo in a WhatsApp message left the readers of the message in confusion, thus the birth of kakem.
