Joey is the type of guy you want to be friends with or more then friends because he will also be there for you when it's important. He will also give you really sweet compliments when you aren't sure of yourself. He is also a hilarious guy and will always make you laugh even if it is just because of his stupidity he will still make you laugh. He also is not a morning person at all he gets kinda grumpy but it's cute. You never want to lose a Joey because he is smart, kind, an amazing person and a big goofball.

This is misused a lot. Many people assume that a joey is someone who always follows another person. Though it may be that two people may just be best friends. Not all BFF's are joeys.

A "man" who is more like a child than an adult, a manchild. Joey's are usually either just really goofy guys or they are just a bit slow.
