that's so edge

When you're in a situation that is edging you, but not necessarily in the typical way edging is used. These are situations when you're on the edge or on a cliff-hanger type experience.
Example 1:

Person 1:" it's taking forever to order, but we're next in line."
Person 2: "I know, that's so edge."

Example 2:
Person 1:" I need this team to win, the game is going to triple overtime."
Person 2: "that's so edge."

Which is exactly what they are doing. Blaming me so that they don't have to blame themselves.
Hym "No. I work to fill a need. I do need to work just because the rest of you have to. This is a pathetic attempt as avoiding the resent you are going to experience when you have to continue to work and I do not. That's why I'm getting harassed at work. The want me to work harder and I do have to just work harder at you behest. You're being childish an you need to answer me in the manner I instructed. Text. Video. Or live on the Majority Report. And you need to talk about what is happening to me. If you would have done it in the first place you would have more kids and you'll have one fewer if you don't. Oh? Is it credible this time? But not 10 years ago? 'Blame Hym so I don't have to blame myself.' "

Common sense isn't so common

(phrase / life observation / savage truth)

A brutally honest way to say that just because something seems obvious, most people will still find a way to mess it up. Perfect for moments when humanity disappoints you, usually in public or online.

Used when:

Someone does something completely avoidable or facepalm-worthy.

You realize society collectively skipped the “how to adult” manual.

You want to sound smart while judging idiots.

Meaning: Humans often act in ways that defy logic, and that’s on them.

Synonyms: “Apparently, this is optional,” “Logic is rare,” “Humanity, why?”
Examples of contexts in which common sense isn't so common:

Coworker: “I put metal in the microwave.”
You: “Common sense isn’t so common.”

Friend: “I just walked into traffic because I was texting.”
You: “Common sense isn’t so common.”

Internet comment section: literally anything ever.

I'm so good syndrome

When you think you're so skilled, but in reality it's your teammates/characters that are doing all the heavy lifting. Resorting in you falling behind.
Josh: "wow I thought this game was supposed to be hard, I've cleared 11 stages already! I'm the best at this game". In reality Josh pulled a 5 star hero early on.

Josh was later on team wiped on stage 15, for disregarding lobby upgrades, and for not paying attention to his hero's needs/upgrades; Thus he has I'm so good syndrome.
