One Inch Punch

An explosive short range punch, made famous by the late Bruce Lee. Seemingly magical to the unlearned, it is actually the result of a perfect synchronisation of all the muscles used in a regular punch (shortened down to about 1 inch). Requires extremely high skill to be effective.

One more time

A phrase used by band directors and musical instructors of most kinds. Typically, it is assumed that the phrase means you will only be trying the music "one more time", but generally the phrase becomes repeated, and one more time evolves into three or four.
Our band director shouted "One more time", but we knew that we would in fact do the entire show at least three more times before finally leaving practice.

The One True Game

This refers to the Original Dungeons & Dragons published in 1974. It is truly The One True Game and provides more fun and enjoyment than any other game ever devised. Only above average people can play the game since those with less than normal (i.e. above average) have enough intelligence and imagination to play The one True GameOne
One thing about The One True Game, it has few adherents since most people are too lazy to play the real thing.
