A combination of the words shat + tattle. To tell a person about someone else's dump or blowing up of a bathroom.

Frank: "I didn't even go into the bathroom yesterday, but I could smell Brett blowing it up in there!"
Tom: "Didn't you shattle on Bill last week? These guys are gross!"
