Someone who is otherwise a very high rank and/or good at the game that deliberately de-ranks themselves to extremely low levels. They are commonly seen in the ELO-based "Ranked" modes found in video-games like Mordhau and CS;GO. Similar to "Smurfs", it is likely that they do this to either troll for fun, or simply don't want to put effort into fighting people who are actually at their skill level. They severely damage the ELO of newer players to keep them from rising in the ranks, and have a tendency to be extremely toxic in chat, bragging about how bad their opponent is.
Friend 1: "Dude! I just de-ranked from Platinum 5 by some random Gold 5 out of nowhere, now I'm back to platinum 1. Damn it! Are the newer players really that good?
Friend 2: "Nah, you just got clapped by a rank feigner. Those assholes are really annoying"
Friend 1: "No shit, really? Probably why almost nobody plays ranked anymore"

Arsenal discord high ranks are in-classified species with the class of J (Jerk) class. They probably has an anime profile pictures which classifies them as J-1 (Jerk-1) and probably worships virtual game characters like a god.
They like using a slang classified as Jerk-2 which concludes “Ok and”, “Cry about it” Sometimes bullies low ranks
Good and Kind High Ranks are classified as Jerk-1A. An alternate version of it.
J1, J-2 wastes their life on virtual level.
To identify high ranks, simply look at their level. 25+ is considered high ranks.
