A semi rager has 2 distinct definitions.

1. A night of violent drinking & debauchery that has to end at a respectable time due to commitments the following day i.e. work, school, life

2. When a man is in a fit of rage due to being unable to get anywhere past a semi erection. A state of anger, depression and arousal at the same time.

1. Holly organized a Semi Rager on Thursday night but it fizzled out at 9pm because the rest of us had to go home and feed our families.

2. Thad drank an entire bottle of tequila last night and spent the rest of the party angrily harassing Courtney with a Semi Rager. The girl said his game was weak. Poor dude needs to get his sh*t together.
