Geybo (Geh-bow) is a noun which is hollow in nature (there is no real meaning to the word). The word was made to sound like a more offensive word: gay. The reason being that it has an artificial impact, or an impact that only hits if you don't understand what that word is. This word can be directed toward any person, as it has no real meaning. However, it is normally used when talking to heterosexual men.
