Originating from Ark: Survival Evolved, Arked is used to describe an unfortunate event in a video game that lead to you getting fucked over by the said game. Keep in mind you can only get Arked when the game itself is at fault that you got fucked over, not by you or other players in the same game.
I got Arked hard just a minute ago, a Microraptor knocked me off my Argy when I was flying in the Redwoods biome and I was killed by a pack of Troodon that were below me. Now I have to go get my shit and rescue my Argy before something kills it.
