Get the shotgun abortionmug. These are any form of squats; Front, Back, Zercher, Box that are done with such horrible form and technique that watching it is reminiscent of watching an abortion. These squats are usually perpetrated by 150lb white males who have Youtube channels. These perpetrators can be found in most commercial gym settings and are usually accompanied by several other males of the same physical build.
