A woman who is known to be promiscuous and andlicentious. Having little to no morals and a background on the farm, anything is fair game. Her lack of education and overall high level of sexual expertise usually spells disaster for relationships lasting longer than 3 days or before the roofies wear off. STDs are common amongst ratchet-hillbillies.
